Weigh Day
I weighed myself this morning. I now weigh 181 lbs. I just need to cut the snack between work and supper. I am really proud of myself. Just three weeks and lost 11 pounds.
Good News!!!! I have set a new mini goal. My new mini goal is 171 lbs.
Want to be 142 by Thanksgiving.


Wow, well done! You must be working hard? You’ll be at target in no time. And as for that snack, nothing wrong with a bit of snacking, just make it an apple or some sort of fruit and it’ll be better for you than not having anything.
