Workout

I went to the Y yesterday and worked out on a couple of machines and they kicked my butt. I walked today. I feel good about the weight I have lost. I am almost to my mini goal.

I am eating fruits and vegetables for snacks. I have totally changed what I have for snacks.

The only thing that I need to do now is cut down my intake and exercise more.

This is my first week of dieting and exercise and I lost 9 lbs. Don’t know how I did it but I did.  One thing is that I cut out all chocolate. I also cut the diet soda intake. I didn’t realize what it was doing to me. My ankles and hands are swollen any more. I am very happy with the first week.

Hoping to keep it up. I have 41 more pounds to loose.

    Blowing the diet today and everything else. Can’t seem to focus. Good for you though. Hard to cut intake without feeling starved for a while.
